Our family enjoyed spacious and bright rooms, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The welcoming staff made us feel right at home, with a special mention for the incredible breakfast team that served a diverse menu daily. However, the pool area felt a bit small and could benefit from improved service at times, which detracted from the overall relaxation experience. A slight hiccup was also observed in food handling practices, suggesting a need for greater adherence to hygiene protocols.

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the train station, making it easy for us to explore. We appreciated the variety of dining options available in the connected mall which offered many affordable choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us arrange a day trip to Chefchaouen effortlessly.

The laundry facilities were a sent-out service, which was a bit inconvenient for us.

I enjoyed my stay with my family, especially the delicious breakfast that had something for everyone! The rooftop pool was a great spot, but unfortunately, the hot tub was cool instead of warm. I would definitely return again!

The location was fantastic, right across from the train station and next to multiple restaurants. Really easy to get around! The room was spacious and I liked the nice view from those big windows.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but suitable for what we got overall.

Stayed for 3 nights and overall impressed by the staff's dedication, especially Ms. Yousra at the front office who greeted us warmly each time. Also enjoyed the terrace's panoramic view, felt like a scene from a movie,, amazing seeing the city from above.

It was not inexpensive, but still worth every penny.
